Universal Description of the Neutron-Star Surface

This tutorial set introduces machine-learning models for describing the surface of rotating neutron stars and related surface quantities. It includes a global-properties notebook and separate demos for the surface shape, logarithmic derivative at the surface, and effective gravity regressors.
